We enjoyed our stay! They had everything we needed for our family of 5. The condo was clean and up to date. The access to the beach is one minutes from the condo and the beach was clean and relaxing. We Would stay there again in the future.

Our stay was beautiful and was made so much better because of the hospitality of our host, the prompt communication and the cleanliness of our unit. The Beds were fantastic and everyone was very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy life on the beach!!!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Exactly as described.

My traveling party had a great one night,pre-cruise stay. We could easily spend a week here. Laura was great to work with. The place is exactly as described right down to the comfortable recliners. Fully stocked as described.

Weekend Trip

The stay was amazing! Was so excited for the beach within steps of where we were staying. The place has the beach necessities with made it easier to pack to go. Also, the kitchen was stocked with anything you need to make dinner lunch or snack snacks. So it was amazing to save money and just do groceries and make all our food there. Place was clean and tidy. And easy to get in and out. Overall, an amazing stay!

Great location..beautiful place

Perfect location to just relax the night before our cruise.. loved being able to walk a few steps to the beach, relax, swim and watch other cruise ships leaving port
the dolphins gave us a show as well

Cocoa Beach Gem

Well maintained, super clean property on Cocoa Beach. 1 minute and you are out on the beach for fun walks. Views to CB Pier and the Kennedy Space Center Launch. Condo kitchen has everything, including K Cup coffee maker and supplies. Super comfortable, feels like home. Owner available quickly for any questions. A lovely time!

Awesome location, Nice accommodations

This property is adjacent to the Cape Canaveral portion of Cocoa Beach and has an awesome view of the rocket launch pads. The property is spacious, nicely appointed, and clean. The building is understated, but you really should enjoy this units’ spacious rooms, large beds, convenient kitchen and pleasant living spaces.

Mike and Lora was very easy to communicate with and any minor issues that arose during our stay was resolved very quickly and professional as well as friendly. The facilities were very close to restaurants and places to shop for food and supplies. We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach with easy access to the beach. I would recommend their services and facility as a place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Great place to watch a space launch when can see one, as you can see the Cape very easy.

What a great little place!

We came for 4 days, and wanted a condo/apartment in the beach. This fit what we were looking for.. Cleanliness is one of our priorities- and this place was CLEAN. Beds extremely comfortable. A/c was great, ceiling fans-added bonus. The kitchen had every size pot, pan, and baking tools. The beach was right outside the door! Reserved parking also another plus. Our host was extremely responsive. Great little vacation!.
