Welcome to Sea La Vie! This newly remodeled mid-century ranch is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can get away from it all. You`ll be just steps from the neighborhood access to the Banana River where you can take the provided paddle boards out to explore the mangroves and watch the dolphins play. Within walking distance to the beach and only 1 mile from Downtown Cocoa Beach.



You`ll be awed by the amazing sunsets that drop into the river, compliments of Mother Nature! Early birds can walk a short distance to the beach to catch a gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a beach day and watch a cool rocket launch out of Cape Canaveral.



Enjoy cooking while listening to the Bose Smart Speaker in our well equipped open concept kitchen/dining room that includes the essential pots and pans, wok, baking pans, dishes, glass/plastic and flatware sets,

cooking utensils, Henkel knives, single/carafe specialty coffee maker, blender/processor, toaster, juice machine and air fryer. Spices and cooking oil are provided. If you prefer to cook outside, you can find a gas grill in our spacious fully fenced-in backyard.



After a full and exciting Cocoa Beach day, curl up on the comfy oversized couch and chair in the living room and login to your favorite app on the 65` smart tv or relax out on the screened-in lanai while enjoying the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage and have a fun game night.



There are 3 bedrooms, all have gel memory foam mattresses, that your body will sink into like you`re on a floating cloud, you may even `dream about Jeannie`. The master ensuite and second bedroom both have king beds and 40` smart tv`s, the third bedroom has two twin beds. All linens are crisp white cotton that are bleached for sanitation.



Cocoa Beach has so much to offer right here! You can`t beat our location!! With the Kennedy Space Center, Space X and Port Canaveral just 15 minutes away. The world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons Surf Shop Headquarters and Dinosaur Museum only 2 miles down the road. Downtown Cocoa Beach is about 1 mile from the front door where you`ll find some of the most amazing restaurants, beach bars and beachy boutiques. If you`re flying in, Melbourne Airport is just 30 minutes away and about 50 minutes to Orlando International Airport, along with all the Orlando theme parks.
