A beautiful location and condo, but in dire need of a few improvements/maintenance. First all, the TV in the living room area great size, but never would connect, because TV needs updating to be compatible with equipment. This was very stressful. You had ideal seating to watch what…constant buffing?! TV needs improving. The TV in bedroom worked without any issues but is quite small for that size room. Suggestion would be larger TV or put a couple comfortable chairs in bedroom…we had to bring in outside chairs. The curtains are a pain to open and close. The small rings kept getting hung up on the rods where put together. Most of the bi-fold doors would not work in track or completely out of track. The condo appeared clean enough, but dust balls in several places. We could not have asked for a better location or view. Unfortunately the entire outside of building, elevators and stairs need a do over. The bathroom sinks didn’t hardly drain and sink on left had no pressure at all. The kitchen sink drained, but extremely slow. We never used the washer, dryer, dishwasher or oven. I would hope the response to evaluations would addressed and not just tossed aside.
