“The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. “This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :).
