“Property was clean and convenient to many different food options. Staff was nice and helpful . I don't usually stay in motels because they are often dirty and seem like they charge by the hour. But this was probably the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and surprisingly very quiet for a holiday weekend. ”

“I was looking for a clean place to sleep on a rail trip. This was a great place that fit my needs. It was clean and looked recently remodeled. When I check into a new place I always check the sheets and bed for signs of bugs. Past the test!! The sheets were clean and very nice to sleep in. The owner was nice and showed interest in my stay. “I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price...
