Bellerive är Coeur d'Alens mest önskvärda gemenskap vid vattnet vid Spokane River.
Denna lägenhet på tredje våningen har ingen utsikt över floden men den har alla lyxiga bekvämligheter du kan förvänta dig, inklusive användningen av dagen båt brygga och gymmet. Denna moderna, nyinredda lägenhet med 2 sovrum kommer att sova 6. King bed i sovrummet med en Casper madrass, queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet med en ny Posturepedic madrass och en drottning bäddsoffa med en hög kvalitet minne skum madrass i vardagsrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i lägenheten för din personal användning och bekvämlighet. Badrummen är också utrustade med toalettartiklar, hårtork och plyschhanddukar. Teakmöbler på balkongen med en ny propangrill. Vardagsrummet har en gasspis och golv till tak glidande glasdörrar till balkongen, med svarta ut rullar.

Tre plattskärms-TV på premiumkabel / sport med surroundljud utrustat med Bluetooth och höghastighetsinternet. Fullt utrustad lägenhet med 5 spa-badrockar, brädspel, böcker, DVD-skivor, strykjärn och med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, kommer du inte att lämna. Minst 3 nätter.
Beläget i Riverstone Development, är det en kort promenad till Starbucks, biografer, shopping och många restauranger. Dessutom är The 24 mil Idaho Centennial cykel / promenadspår några steg bort. Downtown CDA är en kort bil 5 minuters bilresa bort, där du hittar CDA Resort, cykel / båtuthyrning, småbåtshamn, strand, restauranger, shopping och mycket mer. Ligger 3 minuter bort från I-90 FWY. Fyra cyklar och hjälmar finns också för din användning. Två av cyklarna är lämpliga för barn.

Övernattningsbåt kan du hyra på Boardwalk Marina på CDA-anläggningen. Dagsdockor vid lägenheten vid floden är gratis.

Beautiful Riverfront Property

This is our second time here, and will not be our last. Host is very communicative, location is great and while the condo itself does not face the river, you have easy access to restaurants and a nice river boardwalk for a stroll. The unit itself is nicely furnished, very clean and super comfortable. Extra bonus of a parking garage and quick elevators Highly recommend !

Nice getaway

The condo is very nice, though we wished it had been a river view. It is right on the river, so it was great, regardless. Restaurants in the building and adjacent made breakfast convenient for my husband. It was supplied with most everything we needed (but we do bring our own bath supplies). It was perfect since it was 2 bedroom. My husband and I sleep separately because of a snoring issue.

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location with several dinning and shopping locations within walking distance. The centennial trail is within walking distance of the condo as well. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday getaway

Beautiful facility, clean condominium, has all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. The complex is iin a great location, great scenery. There are 2 restaurants steps away located next to the lake to allow for an exceptional view of the lake. You won’t be disappointed. Downtown is only a few minutes by car.

All the Comforts of Home

We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our wedding weekend stay. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pictures showed a view from the balcony overlooking the water and this condo faces the street. But, otherwise, it was perfect!

Long weekrnd

We were here for a long weekend. The property is well located and within a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was extremely clean and probably the most well kept of any Vrbo I’ve stayed at. We had a little difficulty getting in but not because of the instructions. It was more due to our very late arrival. Arriving in the day would have been easier! Beautiful condo.

Best Location in North Idaho

This was a second stay at Riverstone and we could not have been happier with our choice of this beautiful condo with a great view and quiet nights conducive to a good night's sleep. Loved our morning walks on the Centennial Trail and choices of restaurants within the Village. Close to the Interstate and downtown Coeur D Alene.

Great Vacation Condo

Beautiful condo!!

Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

Only One Fault

This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!
