“Hampton Inn hotels are always a safe bet, that’s why we chose this one. It was located close to dining, shopping and a great boardwalk on the river. The area was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and Hôtel clean. They were doing renovations so some of the parking areas were blocked. They still had ample parking. Noise, even with construction, was during hours that didn’t impact our visit. Would recommend and stay again. ”

“We paid over $200 for one night and for two persons. We had expected a nice hotel for that price but found a pretty worn and dated hotel. In one of the stair houses it was very dirty and the breakfast was a bad joke. Internet was 12 down and less than 1 up. The hotel has no lift. However, the room was clean but spartan with a basin outside the bathroom. That means that a late visit there can only be done with the room lamp switched on which can wake up the roommate. “I stayed here for a conference. My room was perfect for just me and had all the amenities i needed with microwave, fridge and 1 cup kurig. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my questions. While not a fancy hotel, this was nice and i felt safe. Nothing was broken and no peeling paint or broken tiles. No bugs.
Initially, my gps put me on the side street behind the hotel. The back side does give off creepy vibes. But the rest of the property was nice and well kept.
