It has a separate entrance on the ground floor, offering a beautiful 29 m² living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, two elegantly furnished bedrooms, and two contemporary bathrooms with showers.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 29 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 17 m² south-facing balcony with an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the mountains and valley, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

A ski boot dryer (6 pairs) is also available in the basement of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in Cohennoz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
