“I think this was an old lake resort. The exterior is in disrepair, the pool is out of commission, and the decore is dated to the point of quirky. But, the staff is friendly, the room was immaculate, and it has an overall charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only recommendation would be for more pillows... there aren't enough on the bed to prop yourself up to watch TV.”

“Everything was fine. We had a choice of a room facing the cemetery or the highway. Chose the cemetery and it was a nice view; quiet, orderly, and I found it pretty charming really. Breakfast was fine, and the staff was very much on top of things. The shuttle to the casino was easy and convenient on a rainy day--it was nice to get dropped off at the door. When we got back from the casino, we went for a drink in their sweet little bar. Didn't get to the pool but it looked nice. Bed was pretty...
