NY lakeview och marina, Cape Royale under träden

Njut av vår 4 säng, 2 badrum 1880 kvm mellersta århundradet moderna sjöhouse med vacker sjöutsikt från fronten och 100 steg från bakdäcken till den livliga Cape Royale småbåtshamnen. Lakehouse har bra sängar och madrasser och ett fint däck under träden på baksidan av huset. Fullt utrustat kök med tillförsel av kaffe, te, socker, salt, ketchup, senap och BBQ sås. Sängkläder och handdukar. Privat parkering för fyra bilar eller tre bilar + båt trailer. Kan parkera ytterligare två bilar på gatan framför den privata parkeringen. Ta med din båt ($ 20 Cape Royale avgift) och fiskeredskap. Fiske brygga och tre båt ramper finns i närheten av småbåtshamnen. Cape Royale har community pool, basketplaner, beachvolleyboll, naturstig, lekplats och lakefront parker och är barnvänlig.

Lake Livingston Retreat

Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

A week at Lake Livingston

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Family rest and relaxation

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.
