The lower ground floor offers another open living/sleeping room with a sliding door, a double sofabed, and a dining table. This area also provides access to the veranda and the swimming pool, along with an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and a WC.
