"We were 24 friends celebrating life! We fell in love with the place and the hosts! Amedeo & Rosanna are the best! They were always available for anything we needed which is was not too much to be honest. They also have amazingly friendly staff to help. We had lots of fun, enjoyed the pool and hanging out. The property is a lot bigger than expected and feels so peaceful. Also, it is located within a 10 minute drive to a beautiful little town that has everything you need, from supermarkets to great bars and restaurants. The town also has a train station that can connect you to bigger cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc. This was a vacation we will not forget and I recommend this place to everybody!"

"I actually booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was closer to La Spezia. What a great mistake! We immediately fell in love with it and actually changed the next part of our trip in order to spend another night here. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that is what we liked about it. It’s in a charming little village and the building and rooms were great. They were so accommodating. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you to the woman who worked reception when we arrived and for the very nice gentleman who worked the overnight shift, you all were great!"

"It was a real unusual property, a rustic village house. There is a little known castle ruin a short walk up the hill. Loved the washing machine, fire, cat and the helpful owner. It is hard to find, park at the town crossroads and walk up and right. But the locals will point you to it."

"This beautiful palazzo in a small remote medieval town nestled in the hills, but also close to the coast was the perfect location for our group of 20 people. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, with multiple kitchens and large living areas, perfect for group get togethers. The garden and pool area were lovely. A local bar was nearby for meals, morning coffees and pastries, with shopping about 20 minutes drive to Aulla. The communication with Mirella prior to our arrival and during our stay was excellent, and Francesco was very friendly and helpful with information and tips on where to visit during our stay. These included trails and restaurants, as well as some very interesting towns. One of the local restaurants provided an unforgettable location and a banquet meal that many in our party ranked as one of the finest they have ever had. We were also able to easily visit Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terra during our stay. Everyone enjoyed this amazing location. It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended."

"This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy. Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee available to us every morning too. The rooms and space was exactly as described. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been on vacation. There were 10 of us for the stay and everyone had everything they wanted and needed. There are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. It is a quiet area with zero tourists. The local restaurants were delicious and fresh. The owners did a great job of making us aware of locally sourced restaurants too! I would highly recommend the chef service offered at the house. The menu is impeccable and the chef is so kind and accommodating. We did dinner two nights at the house and it was definitely a highlight. Everything is paired nicely with wine too! The property is about 4 hours from Milan, 2+ from Florence, and other locations. I would stay at this place over and over again. I hope we can get back soon. Thank you to the owners, the property managers, the chef, and everyone who made our stay a dream."

"We stayed here for one week , from September 9th-16th. When we arrived the owner greeted us, as we were slightly early. He was extremely helpful and the property/views were truly amazing. We could not fault our stay at this property, the weather also helped as it was sunny and warm everyday. Well worth a visit. Locally there are restaurants with amazing food, the owner has a list of recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant Il Pozzo in one of the local towns"

"This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk anywhere from the house due to the road and the steep terrain) there is a lovely gelato place in Monti, a good Lidl in Aulla and we had an amazing lunch up the road in Comano after a great walk. We did a lot of driving in order to visit various sites but the Italian roads and tolls were easy to navigate and the scenery is so beautiful. Trips we made: Pisa, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure and we particularly like the town of Lerici. We had a great holiday and I’m missing that wonderful view from the pool!"
