“The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! “The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us.
The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. Several items had run out an hour after breakfast had started. I will say there was a variety of breakfast foods.

Double the price of other top rated Topeka hotels, rooms are clean but very outdated, wallpaper peeling off walls, bathtub old/stained. “One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly.
