“The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!”

“Website description was breakfast available, once I asked receptionist she said that was not correct. The bathroom was fairly descent, not stocked with essentials. Bathroom had holes in walls not patched, shower has mold on top ceiling. Towels were still wet from being laundered smelling like bleach.”
