“The check in process started good until we learned that the property was under renovation and breakfast is a grab and go bag. That was disappointing but not that important to us. However it was the bathroom situation that repulsed us. The tub was yellow and the shower knob looked moldy. We mentioned the situation to the front desk and to see if they could clean it but was told cleaning crew was not available but if we want we can be provided with material to clean it ourselves. “Miscommunication on whether or not they allowed late check in, the hotel never followed up about the claim so Expedia canceled any possible refund, front desk told me I could stay the night if I book a new reservation as long as I booked it and it was approved. I did and it got approved but I was not actually able to check in and I ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night ”
