Fantastic location and met all of our needs
This property was as described! Location was great, close to an H-E-B and a short drive to campus. host was prompt in responding to a quick note from us. Will keep it on our saved file for our next visits to College Station.

Holiday Stay
We were in College Station for a wedding over the new year holiday. The property was comfortable and well-situated. There was a snafu at the beginning of our stay that was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Niece's First Aggie Game!
The location was very convenient to food and the campus. It will be even more convenient when the nearby road construction is complete. The house was comfortable for 4 adults. Could have accommodated more. Jack and Jill bath was nice because it provided an extra bathroom sink. Cookware needs to be replaced because it is warped and does not sit flat on the burners.

Wonderful Weekend
Our second football weekend stay and as usual, everything was great. The house is clean, comfortable, roomy, and relaxing after a hot Texas day. This townhome is highly recommended for any Aggie weekend.

Great property and wonderful communication
I had to make a very last minute change to my reservation as my dog got sick (kennel cough) and I could no longer board him in Dallas. I messaged the owner early the morning of our arrival and not only was she happy to welcome my pup to her house but she and the manager contacted me to see how he was doing AND provided emergency vets in the area in case I needed it! House was wonderful. 3 bedrooms set up very well, nice and clean and the check in/out process was seamless. Overall a great property but even better owner/manager communication. So thankful for their help and hospitality!

Duck town house

Graduation Weekend
This property location is excellent for families that are attending TAMU events. This is our second stay (1st for Ring Dunk) now for TAMU graduation. The location is conveniently located near key campus venues of TAMU (Kyle Field, Reed Arena, Alumni Center, etc.) [3 to 5 miles/ travel time is dependent on traffic but usually 5-15 mins]. Six to seven adults can comfortably stay with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathroom space. The living space is open and allows for family gatherings and visiting. The kitchen is fully functional. Any meal can be prepared in the kitchen. The outside patio space is rather small but does allow two or three people to comfortably sit outside for morning coffee and a visit. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with the property manager is excellent. [prompt responses to my questions]. Should another event/celebration bring us back to Aggieland, we would definitely stay here.

Exactly what we needed!
My husband, myself and two of our adults kids and their spouses (each with a baby) stayed at this property during Christmas time to be close to our daughter and her husband who live in the area. Everything we needed was provided. (Except for a cheese grader which we bought and left there 🤣) It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It is literally walking distance from H.E.B and Dutch Bros Coffee. I know this because I walked to both and it was fantastic. The only con I could say about the property was that the train seemed to run through a lot . But it is College Station so that is to be expected. We just turned a sound making noise on our phone and that was helpful. Location was great. Supplies were great. Space was great. It was a nice place for our family to hang out. Oh… and the communication was excellent as well whenever I had a quick question. Overall, it was a really good experience for us.

Nice Place
A nice property located near all things in College Station. Roomy, plenty of beds for all of us and loved having 2 bathrooms. My only feedback is that with 7 of us, we are used to VRBO rentals that will supply bottles of shampoo and body wash. We had one LITTLE tube of shampoo in each bathroom along with a small bar of soap and a hotel size lotion. The kind you would get in a hotel room, which was strange for a two night stay with 7 people? We found several dirty rags stuffed down in laundry room and it was not as clean as other properties we have stayed at. My concern was that owner thinks we may have left it dirty? I actually did a load of laundry and washed the dirty rags stuffed down by the washing machine. Other than that. Nice

Great “ducky” lodging
The house was well equipped for our visit and we were allowed to check in early, which was great. Very quiet area and the 3 parking spaces was a bonus as we had multiple families staying with us. Beds were comfortable and we slept surprisingly well. Heater was working great on the cold weekend so we were nice and comfy. Would recommend.

Great Weekend
Rented the house for the weekend of our daughters ring dunk. House was well equipped and very clean. Easy to find and get in. Location was great - 2 miles from campus and 1 mile from our kids. HEB is just around the corner.

Perfect family weekend
Six adults were comfortably accommodated at this property. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were easily accessible and the living space allowed all of us to be comfortably seated to watch the TV. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare all our meals with ease. The property is conveniently located by an HEB and an easy drive to the TAMU campus. We will stay here again.

great place for the family
my wife and I were vey impressed with the size of the property and the rooms. it was very helpful to have 2 full bathrooms which allowed us to wash and clean the kids after a long day at the ball fields. The three bedrooms gave us ample space and sleeping arrangements for our family of 5. the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond, very pleasant experience working with her. I would stay here again in the future if we come back to College Station.

Hosted our daughters ring dunk 😃
The location of this property has a superb. The amenities included with this property were over the top. You would want for nothing. It is much bigger than the photos show and it was perfect. We were 6 adults and one teen staying at the home and on Friday evening, we hosted several visitors. We loved every minute in this home and now that we have found this little “home away from home”, we will definitely be back at f they’ll have us.

Good stay
Place was clean and warmly decorated … I think I noticed there was a duck theme. Kids especially enjoyed the “Shut the duck up” embroidered pillow. Would stay again anytime. Only suggestion for improvement would be Internet speed. Could not keep a stable/fast enough connection for video business meetings, and once everyone was home, streaming on multiple devices was a bit of a challenge.

Great Rental
We rented this property for my son's graduation at A&M so that a number of us could stay together. Worked out great. Perfect location right on Wellborn, beds were super comfortable, everyone commented how soft the sheets were. Having stayed at a number of properties before - we usually bring some essentials just in case. Didn't need any of them here, they were well stocked with everything including TP, PT, cooking supplies. I didn't have to play "guess which pot might be able to kinda sorta do what I need". My only complaint is the TV and internet, and this is a problem a lot of VRBOs have. The TV was supplied via Hulu, which obviously requires good internet. And the internet was spotty and slow at best. Other that that, it was a fantastic property.

Santa Wonderland getaway
The place was just fine. Would prefer softer beds and hot water. There was minimal hot water for the first bath and luke warm at best for the rest even for a fast rinse off for all. Itherwise, the place was fine for a place to rest between getting around town.

Beds are a personal preference. We always buy medium beds, but can't please everyone.
