The bathroom ceiling had black mold growing and so did the A/C vent. It appeared that they had attempted to clean it, but didavery poor job. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower did. No matter what temperature we set the A/C
the room never got cooler. There is a sign on the bathroom mirror tge says that unless you specifically ask, your room will NOT be attened to...we like this, as we are not untidy people and typically always make our own bed...however maid service entered our room, contrary to the notice on the mirror, thought it was very, very odd/strange. Front desk staff was extremely difficult to understand, and other front desk staff very rude, disrespectful. Our son stayed in a different room and had to be moved due to non-operating A/C. Hot breakfast was okay... scrambled eggs and sausage. The kitchen staff was very friendly and eager to please. She should teach the rest of the staff. Willnotbe staying here again, will be contacting management next day or so...
