Overall stay was good. Was there for graduation weekend for niece. Only complaint was when we went down to eat breakfast, we tried to get a plate and was told its close till 7:30. We were 7 minutes early as we had to rush and leave for graduation. Everything was ready but they wouldn't let us get a plate 7 minutes early. Its ridiculous considering I paid over $1,200 for the weekend for a 2 bedroom suite there and I cant even eat breakfast that I paid for 7 minutes early.

Staff was fine, room was just okay. The temperature was either too hot or too cold while not even touching the thermostat. The biggest problem for me was the roach we saw scurrying on the kitchen floor. We were worried about bringing one home with us.

I have plenty of pictures of all the bugs we killed and hair and dirt in our room. The lady checking out behind us this morning as we were trying to beg them to clean up the rooms said she found a flashlight in her bed. She was leaving immediately because that meant the sheets hadn’t even been changed between guests! This place is so so so gross! It needs to be shut down for fumigation from the City of College Station.

We stayed for 2 nights and did not have hot water to shower and shave. Also the room temperature gauge was not working properly and it was freezing outside and cold in our room. When I mentioned this to the front desk they apologised that they only have 2 water heaters for the whole hotel and when it gets full they always have this problem. If I knew this I would not have stayed there.

De inicio la atención en el front desk fue muy pobre, poco amigable. La habitación no se sentía limpia, la calefacción no calentaba bien, el agua caliente del baño no era lo suficientemente caliente para el frío q hacía, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, cuando bajamos a desayunar a las 9:30, prácticamente ya no había desayuno. No lo recomiendo, fue un hospedaje caro para lo q ofrece.

Great stay
The hotel was very clean. There seemed to be someone cleaning something in the hallways, elevator and public bathrooms all the time. It appeared to be an older hotel that had a complete remodel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the yogurt bar was very good, too.

Noon checkout: other properties checkout by 11 made for a rushed morning. Amazing positive difference having an hour to relax after a full night out at Santa’s Wonderland. Definitely will choose Staybridge for next visit. Breakfast was “ok”. Waffle good. No bacon 😟. Breads dry & hard. Closed at 9, too early.

This Hotel has no good customer service. We got a room with an insect nest on the curtains, tore couch, and broken drawers. They then moved us to another room that had a insect nest on the curtain. They just came in and took it off and moved on

Great family space
Great service and a wonderful space for a big family. We have a family of six and were happy to find a hotel that had accommodations for our number of people. The kitchen is was an added bonus that included cooking space and fully stocked kitchen!

The hotel was very clean and very nice. Enjoyed the spacious living room area and kitchen along with the nice size of the rooms. I was very pleased with our stay. Will stay again. If I had to say any one thing about something I would change, the bed was a little too firm for my taste, but other than that I would definitely stay again.

We always stay in College Station for Thanksgiving. This is 1st time staying here. Very convenient with restaurants on university dr. The town is very quiet on Thanksgiving so not sure what it would be like on a regular weekday or weekend. Only problem with room is the A/C fan would not shut off and the heat did not work. Brought it to front desk attention and was told to toggle between on/off and that would fix it, which it didn’t. The last night, there was some kind of police activity with at least 8-12 police cars going just past the property while blocking the road.

Nice clean place for families
The room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of extra linens. The hotel overall was very clean. Check in was a little annoying when we couldn't even attempt a check in 30 minutes early.

Not like it used to be.
Our door only closed if you slammed it, there was a whole in the wall in the bathroom floor that we filled with toilet paper and there was a roach in our bathroom. Also, the TV in the living room didn't get half the channels it was supposed to get. We used to love this hotel but it seems that it has gone down hill and we will be staying elsewhere in the future.

The cleanliness was subpar. No attention to detail. The sofa had stains and the bathroom floor didn’t appear to have been swept before our stay. The front desk did mention they were booked and rushed to clean 50 rooms when we checked it.
