âWe realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.â

Men tyvĂ€rr fick vi ingen kod till dörren via e-post (det Ă€r möjligt att den skickats via SMS men jag hade inte telefonen igĂ„ng i USA) och det fanns ingen reception. Som tur var kunde en stĂ€derska hjĂ€lpa oss via sin chef som ringde sin kontakt pĂ„ hotels.com innan vi sjĂ€lva med fruns telefon knappat oss igenom alla val pĂ„ det svenska...
âStayed in double twin - great room and fantastic bathroom. Free shuttle to town very handy (Sherene was great and gave good tips). Avoid all restaurants except the top one. Options not available and salads partly off. Breakfast horrible and very expensive for what you get. No tea, no regular milk, cutlery not complete, overcooked food and sugared fresh fruit, hardly any staff around.. the hotel offered a small reduction but still had to pay 75 dollars before heading for a proper breakfast...

âThe front desk staff was welcoming and went above and beyond offering water and pretzels. The breakfast was delicious, they even accommodated my husbandâs request for biscuits and gravy. We look forward to a repeat stay when in the area. â

Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. "
