Upon booking, you will receive a link with all the detailed instructions on where to park and how to reach the apartment. At the entrance of the property, you will find the mailbox, where the self check in key box is located, allowing for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in box. All necessary instructions will be provided to you at the time of booking to ensure a smooth and easy check in experience.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided in the property. They are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of 13.70 CHF per guest. This system is designed to benefit guests, as you only pay for the linen you actually use, rather than for all available beds if they are not occupied. We provide high quality professional Swiss standard linen, carefully washed and hygienically cleaned at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety throughout your stay. A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional cost, including bedding and a duvet. The extra charge is 52.50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax is paid separately once the booking has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and bed linens on the bed before check out, as a courtesy to our cleaning team. Please make sure to switch off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment, and to properly close and lock all doors, windows, and balconies. If the hot tub has been used, please ensure the cover is closed before departure. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; it is permitted only in the outdoor areas.
