A bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with large storage cupboard opening onto a 2nd terrace. The kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, has direct access to the main terrace. a bathroom with Italian shower, toilet and washing machine completes this property.
Household linen as an additional paid service.
The property does not have PRM access.
Swimming pool open following government and prefectural decisions

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
