🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historic monument, the apartment “Le Petit Chez Vous” is a superb 92m² apartment renovated in the fall of 2023, with lots of charm, mixing old and modern. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).
🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.
🛏️This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds each, and storage.
🛋️The bright living room is made up of a kitchen area, dining area as well as a living room area, each separated by the famous Alsatian half-timbering.
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils).
🚿 🚽 A bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the accommodation.

🅿️ You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is located 200m from the accommodation with a rate of around €40 per 24 hours.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary items for the sofa bed will be provided,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
