Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, joliment décoré, avec des pièces aux beaux volumes, ce qui nous a permis d'apprécier ce moment en famille. Très bien situé, dans une rue calme, tout proche du centre historique, et des marchés de Noël ! Adresse à retenir !

Amazing stay

Amazing apartment, we had a great stay. The apartment was central, roomy, beautiful and had everything you needed. It was hot weather during our trip and we were able to keep the apartment cool. Hope to come back again.

Séjour fonctionnel et agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L'appartement est idéalement situé et permet de visiter Colmar à pied et de se restaurer aux restaurant alentours en toute simplicité. Les démarches de check-in et check-out sont très simplifiées ce qui permet une grande souplesse dans les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sans stress. La large offre de couchage permet de satisfaire tout le monde dans la famille. Il ne faut cependant pas être exigeant sur le bruit de voisinage ce qui est normal étant donné la localisation en centre ville et qui rend le séjour vivant. L'équipement proposé permet également de passer un séjour sans tracas (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge pratique programme court et sèche-linge en prime). Colmar est en autre un point central pour visiter la région dans son ensemble.

Charming place in the heart of Colmar

Beautiful property in the heart of Colmar. The host thought of everything. They had beer and a delicious cake waiting for us. The children’s room was full of books and toys to keep the littles entertained and the location was perfect! Can’t wait to come back and visit for the Christmas markets.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town

What a perfect place to stay for the Christmas markets in the Alsace region! The apartment is lovely and spacious with a bonus half bathroom. It is right in heart of old town Colmar -- the location could not be better. Michel was so helpful with great dining, activity, and wine suggestions. We absolutely appreciated all the extras from a beautiful little Christmas tree to the traditional holiday cake. We would absolutely come back and stay if we are ever in the Alsace region again. Thank you!

Stylish and well located apartment

This apartment is perfectly located in the historical centre of Colmar. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and is beautifully decorated with a contemporary take on the 400 year old property. Everything was immaculately clean. There was plenty of space for 7 of us including 2 small children. There are quite a few steep stairs to climb to get to the apartment (it’s on the 3rd floor) which is not going to be a problem for most but something to bear in mind. It’s also worth noting that there is a lively wine bar in the narrow street opposite the apartment which can be quite loud (with talking, not music) until about midnight. But this is the middle of the town and it’s a tourist area so I think this is just something that you have to expect. We didn’t really find it a problem. You can always go and sample the 250 wines that they have on offer! Parking is not available at the property itself but the owner will provide details of several parking options nearby - some free and some paid. Michel, the owner, is very responsive and even though we were not able to meet in person he was very quick to answer emails, texts or phone calls. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment and would love to go back. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location for touring the city of Colmar as well as the area!

This is a very nice property in the ideal location! There are no city views from the apartment, but only a short distance from shops, restaurants, etc. The furnishings were all new and everything was very clean. There was no dedicated parking for this property, but we parked daily on the street right outside the apartment for a small fee. We toured a day in Germany, a day in Switzerland and spent one day touring Colmar and surrounding villages. Be sure to ask for the door code before arriving. We had a little delay gaining entrance because we didn't ask ahead for the combination. The host was very accommodating and the property is well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

Enchanting apartment in a romantic location

The owner Michel was great and always present although we didnt' have the opportunity to meet him personally. The check in was very easy and the apartment exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay. We didn't have to worry about anything. The location is very close to all the important sites of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops but it is quite silent. The only problem could be the parking which is limited around the house and at payment, but we used the free parking Michel indicated us, about 10 minutes walking. Michel gave us a lot of nice and precious suggestions about things to do and see in Colmar and around it, and especially the wine degustation at the Hartmann and at the wine bar in front of the house (The circle of aromas) were two very delightful experiences! I'd definitely suggest them. We had a very pleasant time in this apartment and hope to come back one day! Thank you Michel and Cathy for everything.

Absolutely Enchanting!!!

Michel was such a delight to meet. The check in was very easy and convenient. Michel greeted us at his beautiful home. The 3 bedrooms we very very spacious and the entire apartment was clean and comfortable. The views out the living room windows were remarkable. The location is spot on where you’d wanna be when visiting Colmar. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops and even hair salons for those who want their hair blow out!! After relaxing a bit, we had a knock on the door from the Owner of the wine bar across the street, Antwan, who had a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir for us. My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Definitely visit his wine bar. Spectacular wine selections and delicious meat and cheese plates. Overall we had an amazing experience in the Once Upon a Time home in Colmar France. Will surely look to come back in the future. Thanks again Michel!!!

Ein Juwel im schönen Colmar

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in der Altstadt von Colmar verbracht und können nur Gutes berichten. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral in einem historischen Wohnhaus. Der Vermieter Michel gibt gute Tips zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung und steht mit Rat und Tat für einen tollen Urlaub zur Seite. Vielen Dank nochmals an Michel und wir werden sicher einmal wieder kommen.

Prachtig modern appartement op historische locatie

Een prachtig, comfortabel en sfeervol appartement in het hart van Colmar, dicht bij station en alle gezellige winkelstraten. en restaurants De woonkamer en slaapkamers zijn erg comfortabel en ruim, en alle spullen zijn aanwezig. De locatie is ook een geweldige uitvalsplek voor het bezoeken van de omringende Elzas-dorpen en wandelingen tussen de wijngaarden. De eigenaren zijn echte gastheren en het ontbreekt aan niets.
