🥨 In the heart of downtown Colmar, this 93m² accommodation was completely renovated in the spring of 2023. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, for a weekend, vacation or work.

It consists:
🛋️ a lounge area (with a double sofa bed) - dining room with 🍽️ an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine dryer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
🛏️ a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed,
🛁 a bathroom with bathtub,
🚽 a separate toilet,

🛗 The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator.

🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).
🅿️ You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces in the basement of the building (1m80 maximum height) or within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place.
🚲 You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in the basement of the building.

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

🍼 The apartment has a cot and a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost.


House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
