The newly built, cozy 2 room apartment on the 2nd floor is located in the lively pedestrian zone of Brühl. You will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops right outside the front door. In only approx. 250 m you reach the castle park with the world cultural heritage castle Augustusburg and in approx. 350 m the Max-Ernst-Museum. A free direct shuttle bus takes you from the DB train station (500m) to Phantasialand. You can reach Cologne Cathedral in 14 minutes with the DB and Bonn's old town in 9 minutes. The tram station „Brühl Mitte” is 10 minutes' walk away.
The spacious 2-room apartment is fully equipped and extends over two floors. On the lower floor you will find the open kitchen with the dining area, the living room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen with illuminated counter leaves nothing to be desired.
