Slottet: Lyx Bo hela familjen kommer att njuta av!

Kom och njut av Southwest Michigan fantastiska stränder många inom 12 minuter från en bilresa. De två huvudstränderna är Silver Beach som ligger i St. Joseph och South Beach som ligger i South Haven, med många andra som omger området. Vårt hem är inbäddat i en lugn miljö. Lyxigt 2 sovrum en master svit, och (2: a är ett öppet konceptrum) rymmer 3 med ytterligare, utrymme för luftmadrasser för upp till 13 gäster. Njut av ditt eget privata däck ovanför poolområdet. Mycket privat egendom med gott om plats för barnen att springa runt. Uthyrningen har också ett biljardbord, ping pong, och det finns basketbollar för barnen också. Tvättmöjligheter på plats. Husdjur är under 50 pund välkomna med ytterligare deposition. Det finns 3 separata bostadsområden. Våra gäster är i West Wing som beskrivs ovan. East Wing är en helt separat ingång. Vi bor ibland i en svärmor på Fjärran Östersidan av fastigheten. Vi bor vanligtvis på vår båt under sommaren. Vi kommer hem för att kontrollera rätt mängd gäster som checkar in, för att vara säker på att det stämmer med det betalda för beloppet.
Eftersom fastigheten är 14 000 kvadratmeter, levererar vi kameror utanför och garage, kan du övervaka från din egen 36-tums TV. Det är så att du alltid vet var dina vänner och familj är. De kan vara framför, på sidan eller i trädgården. De kan vara på basketplan eller i poolen. Detta är INTE tänkt att vara en livvaktsposition. Var noga med att övervaka dina gäster på att de simmar. Ingen livräddare ALLTID på tjänst. Vissa rutor är svarta där det fanns inre kameror. VRBO tillåter dem inte i bostadsområdet. naturligtvis njuta av alla dina favorit sportevenemang på ett antal olika TV-apparater upp till 80 tum, även vid poolen.

This is a beautiful home, however the host is very poor at communication, doesn’t answer phone calls or messages, and multiple things are not functioning. The door does not lock from the outside, rooms are hot even when the air is turned low, no internet or wi fi passwords when asked multiple times, whirlpool I’m bathroom does not work. Pros’s well stocked home, clean inside and out, and very comfortable for our party of 8.

Due to a scheduling error on my part, I needed to change our original date to a different date. Keith was excellent about this. His communication before and during our stay was top-notch. The hot tub and pool are fun. The only thing which I would want to mention to anyone booking in the future is to try to be accurate about how many people are staying. Keith was okay with 17 people staying. Unfortunately, due to issues on our end, only 12 people ended up staying overnight. There is no possibility of a refund. Again, my fault. Also, the listing is not clear, in my opinion, about the fact that the original price includes only SIX PEOPLE. Any more than that, then it is is a certain per night, per person.

Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings.

The house was well stocked with all utensils, pots, and pans and spices. There wasn't a dining room table in the main part of the house which made it difficult for a family meals. The beds were comfortable but one bedroom had lots of dog hair on the bed. The pool and hot tub was very nice and refreshing.

Large property with pool

On the positive side the property is very spacious and has a great outdoor space with a patio and pool. The house is split into a two bedroom apartment with a large party room, separated by the garage from the main house with five more bedrooms. Read the fine print regarding extra charges for 6• people or you will not get the access code. Also whole place feels really cluttered with owners personal effects.

Horrible

The owners are living in the same building, they have personal belongings all over the house. Not to mentioned they have cameras all over the house inside and outside. We didn't feel comfortable because we thought they were watching us every second. They made us pay more money because some friends visited us even though they didn't spend the night there. They didn't have propane tanks for us there to use. It was an all-around a horrible experience. I wish i can get my money back. I didn't even get my deposit back for not breaking anything.

Family vacation at the Palace

We had a fantastic time at the Palace. The property is spacious, and we had plenty of room for our family. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the family immensely enjoyed the pool. The water was warm, and the kids were swimming at 9am in the morning. I would highly recommend the Palace as a vacation destination.

Family Christmas in June at the Compound!

Beautiful Property, Very Clean, and had everything we needed for our stay! We had 15 in our group and pets and there was plenty of space for all! We Loved the Pool and the layout of the access to the refrigerator and freezer next to the pool. The upstairs was a great gathering spot for everyone with the billiards table, 80" TV, huge couch and massage chair. I definitely would reccomend this Property for 2 people or Large Groups!!

Great Stay!

This please was perfect for a big family to stay. We had 12 adults and 2 children and we fit perfectly. The extra loft above the garage is beautiful and a great place for everyone to hang out if it’s raining with games, tv, massage chair, and pool table. When the weather was nice, we had a spacious pool area with a grill and plenty of chairs. The host, Keith, was very responsive with any questions that we had and the place was clean when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Getaway Location

We had a great time. The property was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The host was available when we needed assistance or had questions. It wasn't too far from St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area so we were able to pop in and out for some shoreline fun. I would definitely seek out this property again should I look at being in the area.
