âGot a voucher for 12 usd when I made me reservation. No one noticed that and I had to argue with restaurants that n the area and still they could not solved it. For the future it is much better if you give the guests a paper voucher as they do at the sister hotel cinnamon red when you Check in. Also a difference when the staff of cleaning make the room, sometimes toothbrush and refill of water and other days not.

"Stayed at Amari colombo for 2 weeks with my family and we really enjoyed every day of our stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast and the food in the hotels restaurants were excellent. The rooftop experience including the infinity pool was great. The service from the hotel staff was fabulous and I would specially like to thank Mr. Aravintha who was very professional and serviceminded and would really go that extra mile to give you the best service.

Fint, rent rum med direkt utsikt över stranden och havet. Fantastisk frukostbuffet. Pampig kolonialbyggnad med fantastiskt lÀge. Utsikt hela vÀgen till Colombo skyline. HÀrligt pooldÀck.
Negativt:
Kunde inte bada i havet pga för stora vÄgor. Restaurangen vid stranden var stÀngd.
PÄ pooldÀcket fanns endast ett fÄtal parasoller, sÄ det gÀllde att fÄ tag i ett snabbt dÄ det Àr för hett att ligga i solen.
Otroligt lÄngsam service nÀr man bestÀllde mat eller dryck vid poolen eller i baren. Ignorant personal, plockade inte undan matrester sÄ det var mÄnga krÄkor som samlades pÄ pooldÀcket.
VÀldigt fuktigt och nedgÄnget i de lÄnga korridorerna i vÄr flygel. DÄligt skyltat, vi gick som i en labyrint innan vi vÀl hittade frÄn vÄrt rum till receptionen. "
