“Got a voucher for 12 usd when I made me reservation. No one noticed that and I had to argue with restaurants that n the area and still they could not solved it. For the future it is much better if you give the guests a paper voucher as they do at the sister hotel cinnamon red when you Check in. Also a difference when the staff of cleaning make the room, sometimes toothbrush and refill of water and other days not.
The “night club” Colobar is a bit is a problem since they plays loud music outside...

"Positivt:
Fint, rent rum med direkt utsikt över stranden och havet. Fantastisk frukostbuffet. Pampig kolonialbyggnad med fantastiskt läge. Utsikt hela vägen till Colombo skyline. Härligt pooldäck.
Negativt:
Kunde inte bada i havet pga för stora vågor. Restaurangen vid stranden var stängd.
På pooldäcket fanns endast ett fåtal parasoller, så det gällde att få tag i ett snabbt då det är för hett att ligga i solen.
Otroligt långsam service när man beställde mat eller dryck vid poolen eller i baren. Ignorant personal, plockade inte undan matrester så det var många kråkor som samlades på pooldäcket.
Väldigt fuktigt och nedgånget i de långa korridorerna i vår flygel. Dåligt skyltat, vi gick som i en labyrint innan vi väl hittade från vårt rum till receptionen. "

Fint takpoolområde med härlig utsikt.
Sängarna var sköna, rena rum. Saknas dock krokar och även extra bagagehylla. Kunde fixa frukost att ta med väldigt tidigt missade tyvärr frukostbuffén. "
