It was a very nice hotell and the stuf was greate. Poolarea was really big and perfect, most of the time we were alone ther.

Fantastiskt bra och prisvärda familjerum. Servicen är överväldigande bra i stort, dock lite lägre servicenivå i poolområdet. Fantastisk frukost och mat

Stayed for one night in three bedroom apartment. Room needs some freshening up, no big issues. Pool area is great! Make sure you see the fruit bats flying by at sunset. Breakfast was simply superb! Huge assortment of hot and cold dishes, all great.

Well worth it after 3 weeks of backpacking
We spend our last 2 night here after 3 weeks of backpacking thru Sri Lanka. Even if the price is high it was well spent money for some final luxury. If we ever will come back to Sri Lanka we will stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Three Swedes in Colombo
Business trip with my two colleagues. We stayed in a large comfortable three bed apartment. Very good breakfast with a lot of alternatives.

Stor fin poolanläggning
En natt i väntan på flyg. Stor fin poolanläggning. Onödigt stora rum. Lite röklukt trots att det inte skulle vara ett dylikt. Bra frukost. Lite tjatig personal som hela tiden frågade om allt var bra. När man väl kommenterade något verkade de inte intresserade av att göra något åt det.

Generellt sett mycket bra. Inte direkt i händelsernas centrum men det var inte till något större besvär.

My stay with my family at the Hilton was wonderful! The staff was very helpful, quick, friendly, and extremely kind! The facilities such as the gym were perfect and clean to my liking. Also, the apartment itself was cozy and really felt like home away from home! The only downside is, if you consider this a downside, is that the stove in the kitchen is very outdated and slightly difficult to operate due to the lack of high and low heat indications. Furthermore, the pots and pans given to use were pretty old in condition and should have been more new and clean. Other than that, me and my family extremely enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks!

Ren og fin 3 værelses lejlighed. God service ved indtjekning. Personale i pool baren/restaurant var komplet inkompetent og opkrævede samme betaling flere gange. Hotel restauranten havde stortset kun buffet som ikke var udsolgt.

We got a 3 bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a washing machine. This was heaven sent after a 2 week trip around Sri Lanka. The hotel was conveniently located with a grocery store right beside, great pool and gym facilities, sauna and steam room. Food at the buffet eas great, room service was convenient but i would prefer going down to either the coffee shop right outside the hotel or going down to the hotel bar. Lovely stay overall and the staff were absolutely lovely, camt call out one as they were all equally amazing to deal with.

Very good
On arrival, we were upgraded to a massive suite. We were really pleased to have the space. Everywhere in the suite was clean. Beds comfortable. Recycling was good, but there wasn’t actually a rubbish bin!! Air con very good. Staff in restaurant were very helpful and polite. Buffet food was great.

It's a good location that is close to the station and the hotel is on a bus route. Good restaurants are close by and there is a shopping mall not far away. The apartments are well furnished and spacious. We had a room with a wonderful view. The pool is large and is a great place to spend some time.

I've stayed in some of the world's top hotels, but none of them can match the incredible service at Hilton Colombo Residence. As well as having excellent facilities, including massive rooms and apartments, swimming pool, gym, sauna etc, the staff are exceptional. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. I actually cancelled my stay at the Shangri La to stay at the Hilton Colombo Residence again I was so impressed from my first visit. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when I return to Colombo. Great for families, excellent views of the iconic Lotus Tower and the team always willing to help with advice and tips for getting around Colombo. Top hotel.

There was a staff member named Anne in the breakfast service. She was rude to us. The treatment was racist and discriminatory as she kept repeating the breakfast closing time many times which we already knew and never asked them to extend it for us. She was nice to white people but treated us badly even though we paid the same amount.

Not good
Its a hotel that does not invest money in being better. All furniture are old and used many years too much. The restaurant is ok. Staff is also ok. I will never cone back.

The unit was spacious and the bathrooms were refurbished. The furniture and kitchen was run down and the service was below average .. long waiting times and wouldn’t stock basics such as milk (not even to purchase). Quoted room service items and when ordered confirmed wasn’t available. Location wise not ideal but a short taxi ride to Galle / beach / mews / hospital street etc. The photo is not from hotel
