Dear Denis, Anyone who reads your review easily can understand that you have expressed your own personal issues and perhaps disorders at the cost of our property! You are the only guest I ever saw who bargained for a rent a car for a dirty cheap price of $20 a day! and got angry and frustrated when the agency was unable to give it at such a price! You brought your wife and your two kids all the way from Russia to Sri Lanka on a vacation without having any tiny plans. You left your family in the apartment and went to find a rent a car for the rest of your trip at the last moment and it was the check-out time. You kept your family waiting for you in the hotel reception for 4 good hours which is not my business, but this sets your standards! The property is 3 towers erecting to 37 floors accompanied with a resort facility. The property was built up and delivered operations in 2015 and it is barely 3.5 years old. We had guests from US, UK, Europe and Asia those who stayed in this apartment and they all were happy and never commented in such a fabricated manner. People can understand how could it be possible that all other guests go wrong with their reviews and only you from Russia can go right! We as human beings, it is our least ethics and responsibility to give credible and unbiased feedback in a constructive manner that can help the guests to come. Your review doesn't say anything about the property. But it only says who you are as a person! This sets your standards, not necessary ours. You review is simply a waste of time and efforts. Not helpful to anyone!

Dear Mr. Bo, We thank you very much for being our guests. It was indeed a great pleasure to us having you and your family hosted in our property in central Colombo. I trust that you and the kids enjoyed the resort facilities that the condominium got to offer. Just to make it clear to all other guests, we have managed to remove the cleaning fee. It is no longer there. The electricity is now allowed free of charge up to a consumption of 25 units a day which is more than enough for a day's consumption. However, the challenge for us is the air conditioners left working when some of the guests are going for the pool and outing. We endeavor to offer the best possible service to all our guest.
