“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night. “We had an excellent stay at Gran Evenia Bijao. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food options were amazing, with plenty of variety and great quality throughout our stay. The evening entertainment shows were also fantastic and added a lot of fun to the experience.
