“Once arrived at hotel front desk stated that there was no rooms available at this moment. Mind you I booked this room in advance. Finally once a room was available there was not a one towel in the bathroom. Comforter on bed was stained. Locks on door were halfway broken. ”

“Room smelled like a dead body.. sheets were dirty. We checked in and immediately left & was informed there were no refunds! ”

“Comfortable rooms, efficient shuttle, lovely personnel, including the shuttle driver who made an extra stop at the rental car facility for us—saving us at least a half an hour. ”

“My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but...

“The staff at the Alder is above and beyond! Roomy rooms. One pointer. Ask for a room that doesn’t face front. There is a home full of roosters across the street and you get woken up at 5 a.m. or better yet bring a sound machine!”

“The hotel itself was ok but when we arrived there were two junkies making trouble at the motel and the porter had to call the police. But when the police was gone the junkies was back. The next morning they were gone but it was not the best way to greet new arrivals.”
