“Very clean. Room and bathroom was very modern. No microwave in the room...down the hall. Onsite restaurant was nice. Parking was terrible. Staff was not helpful and not informed about the current parking situation. Now part of the problem was due to the Fifa World Cup that was in KC the prior week. The tents were still up and taking up most of the $10 hotel parking spaces. Was not clear which spaces were city or/hotel. Need to do better if they host other events,”
