We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience but would like to provide more information.We want to first clarify that the damage you are talking about is a scratch on the surface of one of your suitcases.Regarding the car park, it is a large modern car park located on the main road, with large maneuvering areas and an easily accessible lift.The negative descriptions you have provided do not correspond to reality and do not most definitely do not reflect our commitment to providing a quality experience for our guests.Our luggage assistance service is offered both during check-in and during check-out, always in the presence of the guests. We take great care to ensure that our staff provides a quality service and so treat our guests' properties with the utmost respect.We have carefully examined the situation you describe and verified your video and the information provided by you and our staff and found no real evidence to support the insinuation that one of our colleagues damaged his suitcase during the journey.We are disappointed by the unfounded accusation and aggressiveness towards our establishment and we are especially sorry that it seems that you have focused the evaluation of your stay solely on the fact related to the suitcase.In light of our recount we cannot and do not hold any member of our staff responsible for the "damage" to your suitcase and would like to stress a last time how we constantly strive to offer an excellent service, but we cannot accept unjustified claims or gratuitous fabrications.
