The refrigerator froze our drinks and food and the dial on it was broken so we couldn’t change the setting. Other than that we loved everything. ”

“Even though summer had come early with very hot weather the pool was emty. That was no good guestservice and we were very disappointed. The staff at the reception was behind glass like a bank and the breakfast area was locked. In the morning you had to get a coupong for the breakfast and there was a man collected the coupong by the door. In the area with fontaine there was a few people sounded load and seems to have had been drinking to much. The hole area gav a feeling of unsecurity. ”

“The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much...

“PROS: the staff was very nice. There were only two women and they are assets to the property. The windows kept out the noise from the highway traffic. The room was clean with the exception of dust and a receipt under the bed. CONS: The front had so many cigarette butts and spit stains on the concrete. The trash can was full and overflowing at 2pm. The front door was dirty and the small check-in area smelled. There were no amenities, no coffee pot in the room and just vending machines. ...

“I have never gotten less than I paid for. Amenities on the description make it sound like some grand hotel for cheaper but it was more a rundown super 8 at a higher price. If I had done more research, I never would have stayed. We had to plug everything in before use, the AC took 15 minutes before it kicked on, mini fridge never worked, the pool was always locked. The room itself was dirty, stains everywhere, an actual blood streak on the bathroom sink wall, staff only showed when called - he...

“Was surprisingly more than what I anticipated. The suite was very clean, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back when staying in Kansas some other time.”
