This little gem is in the heart of Woodland Park. This is ideal retires, out of state work assignment or remote working situation. This little cottage is centrally located. You can walk across the street and enjoy fresh veggies and breads at the farmers market, or just play with your grand kids, at the memorial park or hop in the car and head out to Pikes Peak Highway, Garden of the Gods, Mueller State Park, 11 Mile Canyon, Platte River fishing, Manitou springs, or Breckenridge. Or if you just want a relaxing stay away, walk to very close coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops. Or take a nap in the hammock, have a BBQ, play board games on the patio set in the back yard, or roast marshmallows around the fire. You will just love getting away to the pines !

This place is great, super clean and ready to enjoy. Had no issues during our stay, and the host was highly accommodating and quick to communicate. Plenty of options for everything in walkable distance from the place. Easy parking. Home set in from the street for more privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nice neighbors. Couldn't have been happier anywhere else. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Heart of Woodland Park

GREAT property walking distance from everything on the 'main strip' of Woodland Park. Walk about 50 yards up the street, best view of Pikes Peak in town! Property manager was super communicative, property was amazing for extended stay!

Anniversary get away

We had a lovely time. The home was perfectly positioned to provide easy access to walk to the local park, coffee shop, restaurants and theater. Every where you went you made a friend. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Cute cottage

The cottage was well stocked with all sorts of supplies, and apparently the host was very thoughtful. Plenty of things in the backyard, including a yoga mat :). The location of this cottage was ok, close to garden of gods and manitou springs. I like morning run, but this neighborhood didnt make me feel very safe to do early morning runs. Maybe this is just me. I am sure this place had everything a family was looking for on the road.

We chose Woodland Park for its location, it was close to everything we wanted to see and it did not disappoint! The house was just the right size for the three of us. The beds were really comfortable a the host provided everything we needed except for our food. Coffee bar and spices

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! The space was as advertised and clean, an easy check-in and check-out. It was so great to have a space to come unwind after a day with family and be able to relax. We would definitely consider staying again for our next visit here. Thank you so much!

Comfortable and convenient house

The house was newly renovated and had all amenities one may need. The beds were comfortable- the living room was a tad small if 4 people were in the house. It was great for two people. The back covered patio was very nice and we enjoyed a few meals there- the grill was very welcome. Within walking distance of the Main Street. Enjoyed and would come back again.

Nice Cabin

It looks just like the pictures. It was clean, except the freezer needs more cleaning, it had mold. There are no dressers and I didn't like living out of a suitcase with some of my clothes. There are 2 bedrooms, but I was solo. If there had been 4 people there would have not been enough hangers. Some of the blinds were bent and the blinds don't go down to the window sill to make the room dark. They are very difficult to raise and lower. The outside needs some work. It was quiet and the proximity to Charis Bible College was good.

Quiet and comfortable

Interior was just as expected and very clean. Furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (sugar, coffee and spices included). Ice cube trays to fill would have been nice. If you are allergic to bees in any way you won’t be able to open windows to cool the place down as host instructs, because there are no screens on the windows. We ushered at least 5 bees out in 3 days; a few flys too. The outdoor living spaces obviously hadn’t been swept in a long time, but the furniture was comfortable and it was relaxing to spend time out in front on the glider and in back around the table under the covered patio. We didn’t use the fire pit. Very tame young deer visited mornings and afternoons. A bird feeder and a small suet cage were in back; if I return I will bring things to put in those for birdwatching. Saw chickadees, nuthatches, Steller’s Jays, and woodpeckers—filled feeders would likely have brought them closer and more species in. Host was easy to communicate with. Texting was immediate. It was completely quiet at night. I definitely recommend this place.

A wonderful place to stay

Everything about this cottage says comfort. Clean, comfortable, thoughtful touches everywhere. Exactly as described, maybe even better… We were in the area to visit family, so we did not take advantage of the proximity to downtown, but Woodland Park is a small town, and easy to navigate. We used our phones as a hotspot, so we did not use the provided WiFi. Kitchen was nicely equipped, would be more perfect with a dishwasher. A great place, we hope to stay here again.
