Hello Jennifer. Thank you for your feedback. We get this inquiry sometimes at the hotel. The shower does actually work, but the design of the handle requires guests to pull it out from the wall first to start the flow of water. We include this on our map at check-in as well. I am sorry that you didn't get to take a shower while you were here.
