Att bo i detta 5-stjärniga guesthouse ger dig Colorado-upplevelsen och utsikten du vill, men ligger inom bekvämt kördäck av Colorado Springs och Manitou Springs sevärdheter, restauranger och vandringsleder (5-10 minuter). Sanctuary är också direkt över från början av Pikes Peak Highway till toppen av Pikes Peak!

THE ROSE SANCTUARY är ett historiskt 1930 adobe gästhus för par eller singlar, som ligger nära basen av Pikes Peak i de vackra Rocky Mountains nära Colorado Springs och betygsatt utmärkt av VRBO / HOMEAWAY kunder.
Vackert inredda i sydvästra inredning, Rosens helgedom har ett fullt vardagsrum med en kiva-kamin, öppen spis, takgolv, trägolv och luftkonditionering. Flatskärms-kabel-TV, DVD- och CD-spelare, och trådlöst internet med hög hastighet är tillgängliga, tillsammans med en film- och cd-samling.
Vackra utsikt över bergen från vardagsrummet och verandaen väntar. Sanctuary är dekorerad med original konst och har en handmålade väggmålning från Garden of the Gods och Pikes Peak i vardagsrummet.
Ett separat sovrum med en queen size-säng (högkvalitativa Beautyrest madrass / box springs) och lyxiga sängkläder är precis utanför vardagsrummet. Sovrummet har också ett litet skrivbord och utsikt över bergen och trädgården labyrinter.
Sanctuary har en mikrovågsugn, minikylskåp, Keurig och vanliga kaffebryggare, varmvattenkanna och en mexikansk kakelbord med barstools (INTE EN FULL kökshandfat eller spisplatta.) Vi har även gratis gourmetkaffe och te och flaskvatten tillgängligt för gästerna. Tallrikar och bestick finns. Våra gäster säger att detta lilla pentry är perfekt för enkel och enkel frukost, lunch eller middagsberedning.
Det fulla badet har kakelgolv och en mexicansk kakelplatta med en full badkar och dusch (ny Kastmarble i 2016), en hårtork, specialschampo, tvål och lotioner.
Njut av sittplatser på en privat uteplats med utsikt över bergen och en labyrint i trädgårdsgarden av Colorado River Rock som du dricker ditt morgonkaffe eller eftermiddagsglas vin. Hjort och kolibrier är frekventa besökare till detta underbara område.

Cute little cottage with an outstanding host! No kitchen, but a microwave and good coffee maker. We were provided with fresh baked bread and delicious peaches. The place was clean and very comfortable. Very close to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods.

Charming lil place with a Charming Host

A sweet getaway

The guesthouse is a sweet, beautiful place for a getaway. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (even some portable chairs to take to an event!). Ann was great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

A quiet and convenient guesthouse in the mountains

The guesthouse was built in 1934 and has been well taken care of. It still maintains its original character and charm with a few modern conveniences. Although close to busy Highway 24, it was amazingly quiet at night. Plus, it is super convenient for visits back to Colorado Springs or Garden of the Gods. There are many other hiking opportunities nearby. Ann was quick to communicate and was happy to help in any way. She also provided delicious oatmeal raisin cookies...what a bonus! I would highly recommend this guesthouse. My entire experience was outstanding! I would be happy to stay here again when I visit the area.

Peaceful stay

The Sanctuary of the Rose is definitely a sanctuary! I felt so at peace there. Though there is a fair amount of traffic noise from nearby Hwy 24 outside, it is very quiet inside. The casita is the perfect size for one or two and is beautifully appointed and decorated. I found that walking the (well-designed!) labyrinth slowly and intentionally in the evenings helped settle me and set me up for a good night's sleep. One eve it was sprinkling and I had my head down, under a hood. I heard something, looked up and a herd of seven deer had joined me in the labyrinth. They stayed with me until I finished, just shifting enough to let me walk. It was pretty moving - and magical. Ann, who is so kind and friendly, provides delicious cookies and other treats, which were very much appreciated on my hiking excursions. The only thing the casita kitchenette is missing is a sink, but I made do well enough. My only suggestion for the casita would be a light painted strip on the step from the living room up to the bedroom. When I woke up to use the bathroom the first night, I forgot the drop, and nearly took a fall into the living room. Fortunately, my balance is still pretty good and I recovered, but for others that could be dangerous. Otherwise, the sanctuary is sheer perfection. I hope to return someday!

Surrounded by beauty and excellent location!

Quiet and cozy in the most beautiful setting. Everything you need for a perfect get away. Highly recommend taking pikes peak drive to The Pantry for breakfast/ lunch. Just love the perfect location, we will be staying here again!

wonderful host & beautiful cottage

It was a wonderful property. Ann is an angel & helped us out a lot. I was so altitude sick I couldn't handle it and she was super about letting us cut our visit short so I could down to a lower altitude. the homemade bread and cookies were amazing. I was just not aware that I would be so sick. I would definitely say that she is an excellent host with a very cute property. She had it decorated really cute for the holidays too

Sanctuary of the Rose

The sanctuary was incredible! Cute, comfortable, well appointed, it had everything you needed for a short stay. Plenty of local information about restaurants, activities and shopping. The host went out of her way to make our stay wonderful (the cookies were amazing), if we are in the Colorado Spings area in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Paradise

This was just what we needed. A little cottage in the mountains. The host Ann was so sweet. Wants to make sure you have all you need. We were spoiled with home made bread and cookies. The house is very inviting and was bigger than I thought. You can’t go wrong stay ing here. A big plus is, it’s right in the middle of everything to do there.

Perfect Location

Close enough, but far enough

This cozy little suite is a great spot to get away. Far enough away from the city that it's a distant thought, but close enough to hop to any activities you may want. The local food was enough to keep us fed for the weekend. While it is tucked away in a neighborhood and we shared some of the outdoor time with the sounds of others, the labyrinth and the mountain views were more than enough to set the much needed relaxing tone. Would definitely saty here again!

Amazing spot tucked in the mountains!

LOVE this place! Amazing stay in Colorado Springs- tucked up by Pikes Peak and away from hustle and bustle of the city. Stayed here for USAFA graduation and it was excellent. Host was very responsive and kind, would certainly stay again!! Lovely to sit on the porch and backyard patio and watch nature while having coffee and/or wine. Artistic and peaceful vibes, just what I needed. Bedroom overlooks labyrinth, which was so nice to meditate and walk on. It has a small kitchenette (no sink) but works fine for a few days stay with a small fridge, Keurig and microwave. Cell phone reception wasn’t the best but who cares- it was so nice to get away and relax!

Stay here if you can!

We were only to stay for two nights because we were in town for a wedding. But this place is incredible - if you have the chance to stay here, take it. The host is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place offers a chance at healing and reflection. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again.
