Living Areas:
Relax in two comfortable living spaces! Upstairs features epic views, cozy seating, and a 65" Smart TV w/ Roku. Downstairs offers another 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights, plus tons of games (including Nintendo Switch & Air Hockey!). Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch deer wander through the yard.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: standard appliances plus an Air Fryer, Ninja blender, and Crockpot. We cater to coffee lovers with a Nespresso, Keurig, French Press, grinder, and V60 drip setup. Kid-friendly plates, cups, and a highchair are provided. Enjoy meals together indoors or at the large outdoor dining table on the deck.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have private access to the entire home and the 2+ acre property. The garage is unavailable for guest use. Ample driveway parking is available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Check-in & Winter Driving: We strongly recommend checking in during daylight hours, especially during winter. The final mile is on a maintained dirt road. AWD/4WD is REQUIRED during snow/ice conditions (typically Oct-May, but weather varies). Please be comfortable driving in mountain/winter conditions.
High Altitude (9600 ft): You are staying at a high elevation. Altitude sickness is possible. Stay well-hydrated before and during your trip.
Well Water: Like many mountain homes, we are on a well system. Water pressure may decrease slightly if multiple faucets/showers are running simultaneously.
Wildlife: Enjoy watching the local wildlife from a distance! Please DO NOT FEED or approach animals. Keep vehicles locked, as wildlife (especially bears) may be curious about potential snacks left inside.
Fire Safety & Smoking: This is a smoke-free property (indoors and outdoors). Teller County takes fire danger very seriously. Absolutely NO open flames (other than the provided propane fire pit when permitted by local restrictions) are allowed at any time. Unauthorized fires will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Always check current fire restrictions before using the fire pit.

House Rules: This is a peaceful, family-friendly getaway. Absolutely NO parties, large gatherings, or events. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Quiet hours are typically enforced in mountain communities.
