🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.

We love animals, but this home is pet-free. Unauthorized pets may result in a deep cleaning fee to maintain our allergy-friendly space.
🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.

✔️ Max Occupancy: Sleeps 14, but best suited for 10 adults max due to loft bed heights.

🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.

We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store.

This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified.
