A hidden gem
Great tile floors. Well laid out living areas. Great kitchen. Great cupboards. Had everything you need in condiments, dishes, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, electric mixer Vertical washer dryer dishwasher comfortable beds. Well equipped bathroom. Everthing to pamper ones self, shampoos, even a bidet. It reminded me of the lofts in the So Hou area of New York. It looks somewhat unassuming on the outside. But when you see the inside "Wow"

Cozy place to stay in Colorado Springs
Small quiet 2 br cottage. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location on the westside away from most of the traffic. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Would recommend.

Cute and centrally located
Clean 2br 1ba detached structure with parking a few feet away. Basic kitchen with electric burners and oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Close neighbor starts up a diesel truck each morning at 7:30am, so no need for an alarm clock. Located a short drive from the garden of the gods with beautiful hiking and no parking fees. Really cute living space, well decorated and convenient to restaurants and breweries. I would definitely stay there again.

I don’t know who wrote these previous reviews. This property is clearly not What it says. The owner called it an adobe . It’s a small stucco house in the middle of a run down area with trailers, tractors , garages and her home faces the door that you walk out of. There’s dog poop all over the fenced in yard. The inside of the house is very clean However the surrounding and lack of privacy do not make your stay comfortable. We left a day early . VRBO was contacted and the owner did not respond to VRBO or my emails. I really tried not to leave this review but she left me no choice. It says it’s dog friendly but she has 3 dogs that shared the small yard . When we went outside there was quite a bit of barking between her 3 dogs and our dog.

Communication with host was prompt and clear. Instructions to location and for entry, very precise. Water, snacks and some adult beverages were provided. Very appreciated! Overall, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Great spot, but needs a proper spring cleaning
The place is perfect for a few night. Close to historic downtown and the interstate. But the place needs a DEEP clean. The white towels had so many stains and I’m sure they’re clean, but it still grossed us out. Also the sheets need some stronger cleaning too. Furthermore, the WiFi being bad during a snow storm and even the day after makes sense but we were there an entire week and it didn’t work well the entire time. Overall, it’s a good spot, and I would stay there again because Rachel, the host, is LOVELY, but it needs a stronger cleaning routine.

Excelent place to stay!
This was an excelent place to stay. Especially for the price. Off road parking right next to the unit. Its a very updated remodeled 3 car gaurage thats behind the property owners house. You cant tell at all that, thats what it is. Its very private. She goes the extra mile while stalking adult beverages and snacks for the kiddos upon arrival. Very clean, heated and air conditioned, fenced in small but nice yard for dogs or children. Would definetly recommend and stay there again if i have another show to go up and see!!!

Everything We Needed
We had a great stay. House was clean, very decorative, and welcoming. The house welcomed us with nice treats and adult beverages. We copied not ask for a more hospitable home. Thank you for making us comfortable. Oh and it was close to everything, Manitou Springs, Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods

Great find!
This VRBO has everything you need. The location is great. Rachel (the host) was very responsive and apologetic when we arrived and found issues that needed to be addressed. She resolved the issues ASAP. Hoping to come back soon and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Awesome property!
This cozy rental is even better than pictured/described! Clean, wonderfully furnished & decorated, comfortable, great location, fully stocked with everything we needed and then some, fenced yard for our dog, great communication with owner. Cozy comfortable 2 bedroom very close to Old Colorado City
We were so comfortable in our lovely home. All the special touches, especially for Christmas, were so sweet. This is a great place to stay! Rachel was very responsive. Lots of small personal touches made our stay feel like home. Be sure to stop by the nearby Wimberger’s Old World Bakery and Delicatessen - this place was amazing!

Fantastic property
This property is fantastic. Super clean and easy access. Rachel is an amazing host. I accidentally changed the key code on the door and she reset it for me very quickly. I would 1000% stay here again. One of the cleanest vacation property rentals I’ve stayed at.

Wonderful home
This house was a perfect location for us, we wanted to hike in Red Rock and The Manitou Trail. The house was great, beautiful on the inside, with lots of necessary items and extras. Very comfortable beds, great towels and loved the special touch of beers and water in the refridge. One of the better VBRO I have stayed at.

Colorado get away

Directions to the house were celar. Rachel gave great instructions and expectations. The house was perfect for us and what we needed. Her book gave us great options for places to visit and eat. The location was near all the hot spots which made minimal driving trips. Highly recommend if visiting Colorado Springs!

Cozy and great location!
We came to Colorado Springs to visit the zoo, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. This property was a perfect location to access all of those areas without too much of a drive. We also really appreciated the guidebook provided with suggestions on places to eat and things to do, oh and the local beers left in the fridge and snacks! The home was very clean and fit perfectly for my family including our son (2yrs). There was an even a fenced in area outside that he was able to play in. If we travel back to Colorado Springs, we would stay here again!

Rachel is a great host! Check in was easy and she had a guide to the area, clear house instructions and some amenities that were really nice. The beds were comfy and it was quiet in the home. Loved staying there with my sister. We had an easy time navigating to nearby towns to see our friend.

The Little Things...
The place was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. All the extra little touches- from the local beer in the fridge, to the snack basket, to the hair binders in tbe bathroom- were so appreciated! Our 11 yo daughter loved her room and took pics for inspiration for her own room. 😁 We really loved our stay and the place was in the perfect location.

Marvelous stay
Our family booked this property because of the central location in Colorado Springs. It truly was the best choice because everything we enjoyed was right up or down the road. Quite neighborhood, Comfortable beds, Absolutely all the thoughtful amenities needed for a comfortable stay, Fully equipped kitchen, A/Cs and fans kept us cool, TV full of entertainment, Board and card games and a creatively written book written by a local author ;), Modern and creative decorations. Rachel responded very promptly to all needs. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, relaxing house
The house is in THE BEST location for Colorado Springs. Everything we wanted to do was so close: the Garden of the Gods, zoo, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Old Colorado City, restaurants, shops, cute city park for younger kids, hiking trails, outdoor areas, scenic drives, etc. Loved that there was a full kitchen with dishwasher (with detergent), coffee maker and fridge. The host left delicious drinks and snacks upon arrival and a very thorough and helpful handmade guide book. We took her recommendations on several restaurants and were so happy with them, especially the Indian food place. There are stores nearby to stock the kitchen. Some non-perishables and spices were provided. Glad for the in-unit washer (with detergent) and dryer too. The bedrooms were relaxing and serene. The only issue we had was the king bed was two twins put together because they’re both adjustable beds. Comfortable and fine unless you and your partner like to snuggle, then they slide apart. Loved the outdoor patio area for having coffee in the morning. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and cool, enjoyed watching the birds and local wildlife from the patio (rabbits, squirrels, and deer). The house was very clean, comfortable furniture, a table to seat 4 for meals. A parking space off the street is provided. Tv with fire stick was nice for relaxing at night. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Loved it!

Overall good
Really good location and recently renovated. However, it was not clean. Dog hair on couch and every bed, and really dusty everywhere. Floors and rug were so dirty. Others hair on it, dried pasta, spots on tile, and my husband swept the rug and it was a black pile with dirt. I loved it so was devastated. Cleanliness isn’t optional. Oh ps you hear street traffic morning and night not for light sleepers
