“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness. Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. “Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...
