“A calm but rather big hotel 6 km out of Norwich. Very helpful staff but with an accent you just can't understand as a foreigner. But no problem with that. Everything is at place and no need to have long conversations. :-)
Nice full breakfast included and I had a beer and a goat cheese tartelette in the evening which tasted rather nice.”

“Arrived relatively later on in the day, and reception was closed, but it was not an issue as I picked up my key from the security office, which is not far from the hotel at all, and they were very helpful and quick to give me the room key and swipe card for the building.
Parking was also very easy as you just park in the main UEA car park then use the terminal next to the lift to validate your registration for free parking.
Room was immaculate and had great amenities, full tea and coffee...

“Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you haven’t pay £7.40 per person for a swim. ”
