“Clean room,”

“Hotellet var lite slitet men fräscht och bekvämt. Vi blev uppmärksammade av personalen att området runt hotellet inte är helt säkert, bla kunde vi inte parkera bilen på gatan pga hög inbrottsrisk. Hotellet ligger nära spårvagnshållplats som tar dig in till centrala Portland, snabbt och smidigt och du slipper ta bilen in till stan. Dock finns det inte många restauranger i området, men området är under uppbyggnad.”

“Fick inte rum för tre personer som bokat utan för en person. Hotellet kunde inte lösa problemet man tyckte att det vara Hotel.coms problem. Hotel.com svarade vare sig på telefon och hittills inte heller på mail. Pga problemet vill jag ha tillbaka pengarna för denna bokning. Detta är kriteriet på att jag ska boka ngt via hotels.com i fortsättningen.”

“Rooms are slightly outdated with popcorn ceiling and the shower ceiling had black mildew. The view was great. The indoor pool was on the smaller side but still fun for kids. One day the hottub was cold because they accidentally turned it down too much. Food was good, server and bartender were great.”

“Arrived and the place was clean and looked nice. While checking in at 11pm the person checking us in was very sweet and nice. He me into a nice room real quick. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Will stay again! Thank you!”

“A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”

“Great location as the hotel is right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shops. Staff is always friendly and the room was clean.”

“Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.”

“Property clean. Staff nice, especially Don in the lounge/bar. He gives fantastic friendly service. Our only complaints were the air conditioning in the room was so loud, hard to sleep. TV in old and controls not real intuitive needs updating for both. Being there on a Saturday it was disappointing the restaurant/bar not open until 5PM. We had to walk to a neighborhood hotel close (Sheraton) that had restaurant and bar open all day. The free drink ticket and snacks at happy hour for guests that...
