We have an air hockey table, foosball, & children`s toys, and hammock chairs, swings and more so that you can feel at home while checking out Columbia!

You have the entire spacious 3beds/1.5 bath one level home to yourself! Linens & Starter Supplies of paper products provided!

KING MASTER BEDROOM: Sleeps 2. You`ll be very comfortable in our KING bedroom with TV with Amazon Fire to stream your own providers, dresser, room darkening curtains and a sound machine for blissful sleep! Private Half bath w/toilet & sink located off this room!

QUEEN BEDROOM: Sleeps 2. Across the hall, there is a 2nd Queen bedroom complete with a comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed, nightstands, and room darkening curtains!

FULL + TWIN BEDROOM: Sleeps 3 (maybe 4 if 2 in a full!). We designed this room w/kids in mind or friends that want their own beds. There`s a closet with toys, children`s books, a sound machine and a pacnplay plus clean crib sheet always at the listing!

FRONT LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious and welcomes you in with it`s large picture window & natural light and comfortable seating with 2 swivel rocking chairs! Our bookshelf has plenty of books & games.

LIVING ROOM BONUS ROOM: This large living room is a comfortable spot to relax and watch TV equipped with Amazon Fire to stream your own services. We have an air hockey table and this room leads out to the side deck w/bench seating and a couple deep seating chairs to relax. There`s also a couple bar stools for extra dining seating.

KITCHEN: The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast table seating for 4! Fully Stocked Kitchen if you`d like to cook at home, but you`re close to everything downtown if you`d like to dine out!

OUTSIDE: There`s a spacious backyard that`s partially fenced, a covered screened in porch w/outdoor dining for 8 plus some deep seating and hammock chairs to hang out on. We have a children`s tree swing, too.

Our location is close to downtown Columbia and close to FIVE nearby Parks! Valencia, Rosewood, Owen`s Field (our favorite!), Tyler, or Bates parks! All great for kids or exercise or pets!

Please inquire about DOGS. We may accept up to 3 potty trained dogs with a $75 pet fee for 2 dogs or $100 for 3. Pet crates are desired while you`re away if you can. We do NOT accept cats. We have too many allergies. Your pet fee goes towards the extra deep cleaning & laundry required to ensure our property is free of allergens for other guests.

About Us:
We are 3 couples that go to church together (one owner is actually the pastor!) are friends first and 5 out of the 6 of us happen to be real estate agents and the 6ths is a long term rental property manager. When real estate minded couple friends get together they of course have to buy & run an Airbnb together, right?! Aralia is the first investment property we all own and we are just so glad you would choose to stay with us which in turn blesses our families! Hart and Vanessa also manage 11 other short term rentals in Columbia and are excited to have a home they own for their guests to enjoy! While we hope we have thought of the majority of what you will need, we all live nearby and and will try to drop off something needed if you let us know! We really want you to have a great stay with us!

This is a single level home with 2 stairs up to the entrance. The front door is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive a unique code to unlock the front door upon booking. There is a large driveway for up to 4 cars and free street parking should you need any other space. We are on a corner lot.

We all live nearby within 10-20 minutes. You won`t likely meet us unless there is a major problem, but we sure hope you`ll let us know the next time you come back and stay with us again!

We have 2 exterior security cameras actively recording and monitoring at all times. There`s one on the front door and one on the side door to monitor parking/entrances.
Listen, as a professional host over the last 2.5 years I have seen quite a lot. These are my real life rules that I`ve had to deal with. We are so glad that you are staying with us. Please be considerate that this is someone`s actual home. If there are damages or problems with the home during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can resolve them. This is actually a home I own, so here are my rules.

If you decide to go find live farm animals, butcher them in the backyard and leave live ones for me to rehome (yes this has actually happened), I`m gonna charge you an unapproved pet fee of $100 per animal AND charge an additional full cleaning fee. We only accept dogs! NO cats! Sorry, we have too many allergies up in here.

$75 pet fee up to 2 dogs and $100 for 3 dogs. It`s a great yard with 2 pet doors to the screened in porch! Any dogs not on the reservation will be charged the above pet fee.

If you leave vomit for me to clean up, first off, I`m sorry you got sick. Secondly, I`m going to charge you an additional cleaning fee, because dried vomit is nasty to clean and there are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. Clean that up yourself, please. Please do what you can to keep our home clean and tidy. Yes, there`s a cleaning fee, but that`s to do your laundry and wipe everything down. Not to scrub tons of dishes or clean up a lot of your trash everywhere. Please be respectful as you leave our home.

Only the number of persons on the reservation are permitted on the property. We are totally fine for a few extra daytime visitors to stop by, but please give us a heads up that they are doing so. If you throw a party and have more than our occupancy of 7 at the house, and I have concern about our home, I will give you a warning to vacate your extra guests. If you do not, I will call the cops and cancel your reservation immediately.

This is a NO smoking property. No cigarettes, vaping, smoking weed, etc. If I have to dispose of illegal substances like marijuana or any other drugs or drug paraphernalia, I will charge an additional cleaning fee. If you smoke inside and we have to use an ozone machine to bleach the air and wash all the linens in the linen closet, then I will charge an extra cleaning fee and $100 for ozone remediation. Please do NOT SMOKE in our home.

Please make sure you gather your belongings before you leave. If it`s important, then make sure you take a second to ensure you packed everything up. I don`t have time to go to the post office and mail belongings back to people. If you do leave something and can arrange to come back by the property then we are happy to try and coordinate that. But we will NOT ship items left behind.

Other house rules:
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
