The worst place I’ve ever stayed. It is super 8 so I didn’t have high expectations.
I only went there for the indoor pool which may have well just been outside. Ended up having to take the kids somewhere else to swim.
Had connecting rooms, one room flooded at 3 am while we all were sleeping and was awakened to someone beating the door down to let us know, which I’m glad they woke us for but how rude the staff was about it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
Was offered a room change but wouldn’t be a connecting room since only one flooded. We had 5 kids and specifically needed the connecting rooms. No shop vac was available to suck up the toilet water that flooded the floor. Instead they soaked up with towels and offered at fan of which we could only use if we left the door open. So we had to move all our stuff to one room to leave a few hours and take the kids swimming somewhere so we could attempt to dry the floor out. Was offered no kind of reimbursement for the huge inconvenience and time out of a room I had paid for. And when I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk when he was offering the fan, I may have had a bit of an attitude but he just walked off with the fan and said nothing until I went back down after moving everything and had to ask for it.
From speaking with a few others guests and seeing myself a guest ask for a plunger, the plumbing clearly seems to be a huge problem at this location. They had nothing to offer for the inconvenience.
