  • This peaceful and centrally-located townhome has been remodeled with hardwood floors. Bedroom 1 is equipped with 1 king bed and the bedroom 2 has a high quality queen size bed and comfortable lumbar supporting mattress. Located near USC, Ft. Jackson and Downtown Columbia in the Earlewood neighborhood, this is the perfect spot for a Basic Training graduation or any USC event.

    The townhome is well furnished with a nice sturdy couch where you can kick your feet up, relax and read or watch your favorite shows. Beautiful kitchen equipped with basic kitchen essentials. A dining table that seats 4.

Set in an adorable residential neighborhood, this apartment was the perfect space for our graduation weekend visit. The host replied immediately and the place was very comfortable. We loved it!

Very convenient for our needs. The layout was great. Simple check in and out. Clean and very inviting, we enjoyed the stay. Comfortable beds for a restful night! Quaint neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfectly located in a cute historic neighborhood! The kids loved the big yard area to toss the football. Felt safe and cozy. Will definitely book a stay here again.

Apartment was VERY convenient to our venue - bar of soap i left was better than what was supplied- towels were exceptionally nice smelling and beds were comfy

We had a great time in Columbia and this little apartment fit our needs perfectly. It is located in an older charming neighborhood and it is near restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Host was accommodating and easily accessible for any questions.

The stay was pleasant. The location was nice and quiet with nice neighbors. Easy access to the highways and downtown. The unit was much smaller than what is shown in the pictures. There were no pots and pans for cooking, we had to purchase our own. For a place that boasts “sleeps 4”, there was only 2 forks, 1 spoon and 3 knives to eat with. There was no coffee machine as advertised, again we had to buy one. The grill was on the rear patio but no propane tank to cook with. Guests stay at places like this to save on restaurant and food costs. This unfortunately was not the case.

Safety issue. A couple of plugs didn't work and all need to be checked. One was protruding from wall. Also we needed a plunger for toilet- none to be found. Bathroom sink was clogged when we first arrived. Other than that beds and linens in good condition as well as kitchen. (plates didn't fit in microwave) but appliances worked well. It was fairly close to base which we appreciated.
