“The Royal Kelowna was nice, but not great. It has a strong location and the rooms were tidy, but overall the hotel felt like a property that used to be excellent and has slowly stopped trying as hard.
The lobby is not very grand, and there were small things throughout the property, like parts of the elevators, that seemed worn down or in need of attention. The maintenance staff were great, and the rooms themselves were clean, but the overall management and guest experience felt a bit...

“Super clean, really nice room. We weren’t sure about the hot tub. It was self check in so no one to ask about it. It was covered behind a gate. Not a big deal but would be nice if there was a sign to let us know if we could use it.”
