“I forgot a bluetooth speaker in the room. I realized after unpacking in the next hotelroom and directly e-mailed. Did not get any respons and after sending one e-mail/day in three days the responded that it couldn´t be found. The staff has been helpful although respons could have been faster. Still I´like to make a note that the speaker dissappered.”

“This was a delightful place to spend our last night in BC. The room was super cute with good amenities and the most comfortable bed! Shower is lovely as well and the toiletries all smell so good. "We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again."
