“The Hotel had a promotion on that if you came back and stayed 3 days you got a 1/3 discount off your room. I came back I stayed 3 days and discovered the Hotel would not honour the promotion. The lack of good faith left a sour taste in my mouth. It also set the precedent that I will warn people to not believe advertised programs or discounts of the Sutton Place Hotel!!!”
“This hotel has two major problems: the plumbing, and the lack of directions on how to navigate the hotel.
When we arrived we were given our room key and told to use the elevator to go to the first floor (apparently the front desk is on the second floor), but when we exited the elevator, it was extremely unclear where to go as you're immediately faced with banquet rooms and that's it. Turns out you have to go through an exit door to another hallway and then up some stairs to get to the rooms....
“All staff I interacted with were friendly, personable and helpful. Even the manager was regularly present and helping with guests and was very kind. All were welcoming towards my pet and they even gave me treats for her. The room was clean and well laid out. Over all it was a great stay and I would choose them over a different hotel on my next trip”
“The best part was the helpful the lady at the front desk. The hotel was easy to acess on the first floor for loading and unloading bags and 2 young children. The place needs to finish their renovations though to make things better.”
