“I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was very loud outside and inside. The noise made it difficult to sleep and enjoy my stay. Also the sinks would not drain the water properly. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.”
“I forgot a bluetooth speaker in the room. I realized after unpacking in the next hotelroom and directly e-mailed. Did not get any respons and after sending one e-mail/day in three days the responded that it couldn´t be found. The staff has been helpful although respons could have been faster. Still I´like to make a note that the speaker dissappered.”
“I was shocked at how different the hostel was compared to the pictures and description from the Expedia website. There are no "semi-private" rooms, with only 2 beds, as described on the webdite; and the "top floor" rooms are actually just "top bunks" in the large room. The staff was understanding about my shock and approved my refund, so I could stay elsewhere. The website needs to reflect the accuracy of the actual hostel.”
